AI agents An AI agent that answers,
follows up and books, in your words.
We build AI agents for small businesses: one that answers new enquiries from your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and missed calls within a minute, and one that takes on the admin around them. Each works from the information and rules you approve, and anything outside those comes to you.
Where it usually starts
These are the most common reasons people ask about an agent.
Enquiries wait hours for a reply
By the time you answer, they have booked someone else. The agent replies while they are still looking.
You answer the same questions all day
Price, opening hours, location, availability. Those answer themselves, and you step in for the rest.
Messages arrive after hours
Evenings and weekends are when many people ask. The agent does not keep office hours.
The admin eats your evenings
Email, follow-ups and records kept up by an assistant, so you read a summary instead of doing it all yourself.
Your assistant runs on OpenClaw or Hermes Agent.
Not a black box rented to you. We set up one of these two open-source agent frameworks on a server in your name, then load it with your rules, your tools and your tone.
OpenClaw
An open-source personal AI assistant that works through the chat apps you already use, like WhatsApp and Telegram, and can take actions for you, not only reply.
Hermes Agent
The open-source agent from Nous Research, built to learn from its own work: it turns repeated tasks into skills and remembers what matters across conversations.
What an AI agent can take on
Most start with answering new enquiries. The rest can be added once that is running the way you want.
Answers new enquiries
Website forms, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages, and a text back when you miss a call, answered within a minute at any hour.
Asks what you would ask
The job, the location, the timing: the questions you always ask before quoting, asked for you and written down.
Books from your calendar
It only offers times you are actually free, and the confirmation and reminder go out on their own.
Follows up
People who asked and then went quiet get a message at the right time, instead of being forgotten.
An assistant for the admin
A self-hosted agent, built on open-source tools such as OpenClaw or Hermes Agent, working in your inbox and chat: sorting email, drafting replies, updating records and sending you a daily summary.
Hands over when it should
Anything outside its rules stops and comes to you or your team, with the whole conversation attached.
How an AI agent project runs
- 01
A 20-minute call
We look at where your enquiries come in and what happens to them today. No charge, and no obligation after it.
- 02
Write the rules down
What it may answer, what it should ask, when it books and when it hands over. All of it written and agreed with you before anything is built.
- 03
A written plan and quote
What gets built, what it costs, the running costs of the AI and messaging services it uses, and the timeline. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 04
Test, then hand over
It is tested on real enquiries with you watching before it goes live. At handover the accounts are in your name and you know how to adjust it.
How much does an AI agent cost?
It depends on how many channels it answers, what it connects to and how much it is allowed to do, so there is no fixed price list. After the first call you get a written quote with the price, the timeline and exactly what is included.
An AI agent runs on third-party services, such as an AI model and messaging platforms, which charge by how much they are used. Those running costs are estimated and named in the quote, so nothing appears later that you did not know about.
Nothing is built or charged before you approve the quote, and the payment schedule is agreed with you.
Ask for a quote →See it answer before you decide
The services page shows an example conversation: an enquiry arriving in the evening, answered, and offered a time from the calendar in the same exchange. It is an example, not a client transcript.
See the example →Will the AI agent make things up?
It answers only from the information you approve. When a question falls outside that, it tells the customer someone will get back to them and passes it to you, rather than guessing.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. The tone and wording are set with you, so it reads like part of your business. If someone asks whether they are talking to a person, it tells them the truth.
Can I see what it says to customers?
Yes. Every conversation is saved and you can read any of them. You can also have it wait for your approval before certain replies go out.
Which channels can it answer?
Website forms and chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages, email, and a text back after a missed call. Which of those fit your business is what the first call is for.
What is the difference between an AI agent and automation?
Automation follows fixed steps: when this happens, do that. An AI agent reads what someone actually wrote and replies to it, within the rules you set. Most businesses end up with both, and they are built to work together.
Who owns the AI agent?
You do. The accounts it runs on are set up in your name, and once the project is finished and paid for, everything built for you is yours.
Let's see what's leaking.
Twenty minutes, screen shared. We'll look at your website and where your enquiries go, and name the three things worth fixing first, whether or not you hire us.
