Who we are

This site is operated by VluxTech. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@vluxtech.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it
• Your business name and which service you're asking about, if you tell us
• The message you write
• Where your visit came from, meaning the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we understand which enquiries come from which sources

To stop automated spam, the form also checks a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address against a short-term submission count. We never store your actual IP address. We store only this hash, and only for rate-limiting.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project you've asked us to build. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare is our hosting and infrastructure provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf.

When you submit the form, a copy of it is emailed to us so we can reply. That email is delivered by Resend, which processes it on our behalf purely to get the message to our inbox.

Analytics

We count how many times each article is read. That count is made by this site itself — there is no Google Analytics here, and no third-party analytics of any kind.

What we store is a daily tally per article, along with the two-letter country the request came from and the domain that linked to it. We do not store your IP address, and we keep nothing that identifies you or lets us recognise you on a later visit.

No cookies are set for this, so there is nothing for you to opt out of and this site does not need a cookie consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions, and the enquiry records created from them, for 90 days from the date you send them. After that they are deleted.

Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the records needed to deliver and account for that work for as long as we are working together, and afterwards only for as long as we are required to keep them, for tax and accounting purposes, for example. You can ask us to delete your information at any point before then.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@vluxtech.com.

Governing law

This policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

This policy is published in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
