Business automation The repetitive work behind your business,
running without you.

We automate the work small businesses do by hand every day: replying to the same enquiries, arranging bookings, sending reminders, raising quotes and invoices, and copying details from one tool into another. You keep your website and your tools. We connect them and make the routine parts run themselves.

Where it usually starts

Every business starts somewhere different. These are common starting points.

  • Your website is fine

Keep it. The automation runs behind it, and nothing on the site has to change.

  • Enquiries come from everywhere

Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, missed calls. They all go into one flow so none of them slip.

  • You answer the same questions all day

Price, opening hours, location, availability. Those answer themselves, and you step in for the rest.

  • You need a website as well

Then the site and the automation are built together, so they are one system from the start.

What we automate

Usually one or two of these first, the ones taking the most time. The rest can follow.

Replies to new enquiries

Messages from your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook answered with the information you have approved, in your tone, at any hour. Anything outside that comes to you.

Bookings and reminders

Customers pick a free time from your calendar, and the confirmation and reminder go out without anyone typing them.

Follow-ups

People who asked but did not decide get a reminder at the right time, so you are not chasing them one by one.

Review requests

When a job is done, the customer is asked for a review at the right moment, through the right channel.

Quotes, invoices and status updates

A new customer comes in, the quote or invoice is raised, the status changes, and the team gets notified.

Your tools, connected

Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Trello, WhatsApp and more, talking to each other through tools like n8n, so nobody copies data by hand.

How an automation project runs

  1. 01

    A 20-minute call

We find the work eating the most time. No charge, and no obligation after it.

  2. 02

    Map the flow first

Before anything is built, the process is written down: where things come in, what should happen, and when it should come to you.

  3. 03

    A written plan and quote

What gets automated, what it costs, the running costs of any third-party services, and the timeline. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  4. 04

    Build and handover

You can follow the build as it goes. At handover you keep the access and know how to run it, without depending on us.

How much does business automation cost?

It depends on what gets automated and how many tools are involved, so there is no fixed price list. After the first call you get a written quote with the price, the timeline and exactly what is included.

Automation often relies on third-party services, such as messaging, AI or automation platforms, which can carry running costs of their own. Those are named in the quote, so nothing appears later that you did not know about.

Nothing is built or charged before you approve the quote, and the payment schedule is agreed with you.

The services page shows an example conversation: an enquiry arriving in the evening, answered, and offered a time from the calendar in the same exchange. It is an example, not a client transcript.

Do I need a new website to use automation?

No. If your website is already running, the automation is built behind it. The site only changes if you want it to.

Will the automatic replies sound like a robot?

No. The tone, the information and the rules for what it may answer are set with you, so it reads like part of your business.

What happens when it cannot answer something?

It does not force an answer. Anything outside the information it has is passed to you or your team, with the conversation attached.

Which tools can it connect to?

Common ones include WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack and Trello. If a tool lets other software talk to it, it can usually be connected, and the first call is where we check yours.

Who owns the automation?

You do. Once the project is finished and paid for, ownership passes to you, and you keep the access to everything built for you.

What if a third-party service changes?

Automation depends on services we do not control. If one changes or goes down, we will help you find a way through, and the written plan names every service involved up front.

Twenty minutes, screen shared. We'll look at your website and where your enquiries go, and name the three things worth fixing first, whether or not you hire us.
